FALL-ING FOR NY

New York was finally even for a few days, out of the horrendous humidity and heat.
It was a glorious weekend for Labor Day celebrators.
I imagine the beaches were buzzing with bathers and sun worshippers.
We met friends for brunch and dinner and walks through the park and along the Hudson.
There were more Yachts moored in the Chelsea Pier Harbor than I have seen in a long while.
Even shopping at the new TRADER JOE'S as jammed as it was on 6th Ave was a joy.
I am heading West to Palm SPrings and Los Angeles to seek soem work and see friends.
Hope NY continues to be as appealing this Fall as it is every Autumn.
"AUTUMN IN NY" was one of my favorite tunes.
NY may not have beena Summer Festival as int eh past..bt maybe a Fall Festival??
ENJOY IT!
