We opened for Previews last evening to a very enthusiastic house and they followed the piece fervently. All laughs in place and a standing ovation WELL DESERVED for E.Faye Butler's astounding portrayal of Caroline Thibodeaux.
If this audience is any indication of the Baltimore theatre crowd I am very pleased.
There were no mishaps and the show went smoothly along. Although the piece is long it seems to flow very quickly through this cast.
It is 41 degrees and rainy in Baltimore today. One Ponders : "WHERE IS THE WINTER?"
Obama continues to defend his coming powers to the Rabid Bloodthirsty Republicans who through Blagojevich's stupidity and arrogance have been handed ammunition. They are still Pit Bulls and out for Blood and the bottom line is THEY WANT THAT Obama Senate Seat. And in doing so are Smearing Obama as much as they can. I think it is obvious and a hollow attempt to make something stick that is not an issue.
PLEASE LET'S GET HIM IN THE WHITE HOUSE ..
This transition seems like YEARS before Jan 20TH
